Job Qualifications
- BS/MS Chemical engineering or mechanical engineering or equivalent desired.
- Candidate must have extensive knowledge of the Automotive Industry and experience dealing with OEMs or 1st Tiers.
- Must have demonstrated negotiations experience, commercial sales skills, and have strong technical aptitude.
- The ideal candidate will have had experience in both commercial and technical roles.
- Must be able to interface and influence all levels of the customer's organization.
- Strong inter personal skills are necessary; in order to identify customer CTQ's and mobilize the company resources around those.
Desired
- Plastics industry experience desired.
- 5 to 8 years Automotive Industry experience.
- Six Sigma Experience.
