[Responsibilities]
- Responsible for providing processing and manufacturing support to customers
- Lead customer productivity and technical development efforts at key end users and molders
- Responsible for leading and managing customer productivity efforts within the customer organization
- Use customer training tools to develop customer competencies in molding company materials, and conduct customer workshops
- Capture new business opportunities, by driving new/expanded company product portfolio
[Qualifications]
- Over 5-7 years practical experience in plastic processing
- Bachelor or Master degree in engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience in material processing & manufacturing engineering
- Tooling knowledge
- Material processing and processing troubleshooting skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills
- Strong customer orientation
